ClickFraudLab is a free analytical tool that processes Google Ads Search Terms Report CSV files and generates HTML reports identifying statistical anomalies that may indicate invalid traffic or click fraud.

The Service is provided by an independent digital marketing specialist for informational and research purposes only.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, forensic, cybersecurity, compliance, or professional advertising advice.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • you use the Service lawfully
  • you have the legal right to analyze the uploaded data

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
  • attempt to reproduce or discover the detection logic or methodology

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability, availability, or capacity of the Service
  • interfere with normal operation of the website or infrastructure
  • use bots, scripts, or automated systems to submit excessive requests

The Service may apply technical limitations, including cooldown periods and submission limits, to protect infrastructure and prevent abuse.

  • written materials
  • report structure and formatting
  • HTML report layout
  • anomaly classification system
  • detection methodology
  • analytical logic
  • branding and visual presentation

is the intellectual property of the Author and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Permitted Use of Content

You may quote, reference, or share publicly available content from the website provided that:

  • ClickFraudLab is clearly credited as the original source
  • a direct link to the referenced page is included
  • the content is not misleadingly modified or presented out of context

Limited sharing rights granted under this section do not transfer ownership or broader usage rights.

5. Restricted Use

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • commercially use website content or reports
  • reproduce the report structure or methodology in another product or service
  • resell reports generated by the Service
  • create derivative competing products based on the Service methodology
  • use the Service or its outputs as part of a paid commercial offering

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLICKFRAUDLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • accuracy of analysis results
  • completeness of reports
  • reliability of anomaly detection
  • uninterrupted availability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement

The Service may produce false positives or false negatives.

Detection of anomalies does not confirm the existence of click fraud, invalid traffic, malicious activity, or advertiser harm.

The absence of detected anomalies does not indicate that an advertising account is free from invalid traffic or click fraud.

Reports generated by the Service are informational only and should not be treated as forensic evidence or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • use of the Service
  • reliance on generated reports
  • advertising or business decisions
  • campaign changes
  • disputes with advertising platforms
  • financial losses
  • technical interruptions
  • data loss
  • service downtime

You use the Service and rely on generated reports entirely at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Uploaded CSV files are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored.

9. Availability and Changes

The Service may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
